Lois Louise Ruffino

	Lois Louise Ruffino, of Tamaroa, passed away Tuesday morning, September 16, 2003 in the Coulterville Care Center.
	Lois was born  on April 17, 1930 in St. Louis, Mo., a daughter of Thomas G. and Hazel E. (Marlow) Hamilton.  She was united in marriage to John Louie Ruffino on December 3, 1947 in the St. Paul United Church of Christ in Pinckneyville and he survives.  Lois was a homemaker and a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Pinckneyville.  She was also a past member of the Eagle's Ladies' Auxiliary.
	Survivors include her husband:  John of Tamaroa, three sons:  Tony Ruffino  and wife Trudy, Danny Ruffino and Johnny Ruffino and wife Linda, all of Pinckneyville; three daughters:  Glenda Hagene and husband Maurice of Pinckneyville, Dianna Rednour and husband Russell of Pinckneyville and Jenny Reidelberger and husband Larry of Tamaroa, one sister:  Patricia Morganthaler and husband Raymond of Tamaroa, 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren, two step-great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
	Her parents preceded her in death.
	Funeral services were held Thursday morning, September 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville with Reverend Howard Self officiating.  Interment was in the Campbell Cemetery in rural Pinckneyville.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville on Wednesday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. and again on Thursday from 8 a.m. until time of services.
	Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Fund.
